


For the third year, I've been invited to spend the day at Orscheln's Farm & Home Store in Shelbina. they always have baby chicks, ducks and rabbits during the early spring. That's always fun for kids, so Wes (the manager) says, "Let's take pictures!" His wife, Marsha is an animal lover to the max, so she serves as my helper (with both kids and critters). My son, Tyler, got into the action this year, too, and was the printin' guy. (Thanks to all of you for the help, and THANKS to all you parents for bringing in the cute little kids:)))

"Photos to Remember" is a second career for me, and I'm having a great time. In my other life I taught in our elementary school and had the opportunity to photograph school-related activities. One thing led to another, and upon retirement I was able to establish a photography business. People say I have the ability to work patiently with children, and I feel that being flexible and patient are key traits in this business. I photograph families, children of all ages, high school seniors, small weddings, sports teams, and other interesting projects that catch my attention.
